In celebration of Loss Prevention Magazine ’s 25th anniversary this month, we’ve been looking back at the magazine’s history, and everyone who has contributed over the years.
Two of the earliest contributors to LPM were Doug Wicklander, CFI, and Dave Zulawski, CFI, CFE, the founders of Wicklander-Zulawski. Their “Interview & Interrogation” column ran in the first-ever issue of LPM in September 2001, and while it has morphed and evolved over the years, WZ’s interviewing expertise has remained a pillar of LPM’s content.
WZ’s new CEO Dave Thompson, CFI has taken the reins of the column, now simply called “Interviewing,” offering guidance for the modern interviewer. But much can still be learned from columns past.
