Additional Biden White House Aides to Testify in House Investigation into Presidential Cognitive Health

This week, two prominent former members of President Joe Biden's inner circle are scheduled to testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee as part of an investigation into Biden's mental acuity. On Monday, Bruce Reed, who previously served as the deputy chief of staff for policy in the Biden administration, will undergo a recorded interview. Reed was identified in the book "Original Sin" as part of Biden's "politburo," a group alleged to have concealed the president's cognitive decline. On Wednesday, Anita Dunn, a former senior adviser for communications, will also provide testimony. Although not part of the so-called politburo, Dunn has maintained close ties to Biden over the years. Reed previously served as Biden's chief of staff when he was vice president under Barack Obama and has held leadership roles within the Democratic Party, including at the Clinton White House.
