With convenience being a top priority for grocery shoppers, Aldi just launched a collection of ready-made meals for the first time in the grocer's history.
The assortment includes seven new single-serve and family-size meals. Spanning comforting classics and globally inspired dishes, the single-serve meals include Beef Bolognese with Spaghetti, Beef Brisket with White Mac and Cheese, Butter Chicken and Rice, Chicken Burrito Bowl, and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The family-size options are Chicken and Bacon Mac and Cheese and Meat Lovers Pizza Bake, which contains penne pasta with marinara sauce, pepperoni, pork crumble, and mozzarella cheese.

"We tested hundreds of recipes as we developed this collection, with quality as our top standard from the very beginning," Terry Jackson, head of food at Kitchen Food Company and Aldi supplier of ready-made meals, said in a press release . "We want every meal to hit the mark on bold flavor and standout ingredients, so even when time is short, shoppers can still look forward to what's on the table."
