After a bit poking and prying, James Cornelius pulls out a time capsule placed 50 years ago in 1976 by community members in Andrew. The canister, encased in fiberglass and tin, was stored under the flag pole in the city park. The capsule included a roll of Polaroid photos, booklets, calendars, a flag, and other memorabilia. The community plans to collect items from the modern era and put a capsule back for the next generation.
