Announcement from Floyd County Extension Master Gardener Volunteers:
The Floyd County Extension Master Gardener Volunteers will present their 20th annual Tree Walk on Saturday, October 31st from 10am until 12pm. Participants will meet at the Mt. Berry Trail Head behind the USPS at 130 Coligni Way in Rome. They are asked to dress appropriately for the weather, wear comfortable walking shoes, and bring water. The Tree Walk will be held even if it is misty/rainy. If it is pouring rain, the walk will be canceled. The walk will be led by Keith Mickler, John Hendrickson, and Terry Paige.
