The bulk of Amodei's package came from stock and options rather than salary. Both Dario Amodei and his sister Daniela Amodei, who serves as Anthropic's president, saw their base salaries double to $1.4 million in July, the prospectus shows — a document Reuters obtained before it became public. Daniela Amodei received a total of $16.4 million last year. Anthropic's board also granted the pair restricted stock units this year, some tied to their remaining at the company and some tied to the IPO. An Anthropic spokesperson declined to comment on the figures.
