Arizona Lithium Partners with Saskatchewan Rail to Boost Prairie Project Logistics

Arizona Lithium Limited (ASX:AZL) has announced a strategic partnership with Saskatchewan-based Long Creek Railroad (LCR) to facilitate transportation for its Prairie Lithium Project. The company has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop a dedicated transload facility along LCR's 41-mile rail corridor in southeastern Saskatchewan, which intersects with the Canadian Pacific Railway at Estevan, providing direct access to North American and international markets. Under the agreement, Arizona Lithium will oversee the site selection, design, and construction of the transload facility, while LCR will provide rail services, logistical support, and integration into its existing network. This infrastructure will enable efficient transport of inbound reagents and outbound lithium products, with potential for co-locating a battery-grade lithium refinery at the facility.
