Atlanta Restaurateur Launches ROB, An AI Operating Platform For Restaurant Owners
ATLANTA, September 14 (Hypepotamus) — If you’ve dined around Atlanta, there’s a good chance you’ve eaten at one of Gilbert Yeremian’s restaurants.
Since entering the industry in 1989, Yeremian has helped launch a string of concepts across the city, including Gilbert’s Mediterranean, Balance, HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern, 10th & Piedmont, and most recently Casa Almenara near Piedmont Park.
Tech Square Ventures is an Atlanta-based firm investing in enterprise (B2B) and marketplace technology companies.
Now, after decades spent managing food costs, payroll, staffing, and expansion decisions, he is building the technology he wishes he had throughout his restaurant career.
Yeremian is the founder of ROB, short for Restaurant Owner Buddy. The bootstrapped platform is designed to serve as an always-available operating partner for restaurant owners.
