Rayna Bass and Selim Bouab have been promoted to co-presidents at Atlantic Music Group, expanding their leadership roles beyond their positions at 300 Entertainment. In their new capacities, they will jointly oversee the Hip-Hop, R&B, and Global Music divisions within Atlantic Records. Concurrently, Lanre Gaba will step into a strategic advisory role as Executive Vice President of Artist Strategy & Development at AMG, based in New York. All three executives will continue reporting to AMG CEO Elliot Grainge.
This restructuring coincides with other leadership changes announced by Grainge, including the promotion of Marsha St. Hubert to Co-President of 10K Projects and EVP at Atlantic Music Group. Since its acquisition by Warner Music Group in 2021 for $400 million, 300 Entertainment has thrived under these leadership shifts.
