The Banana Festival will come to a close Saturday night following a full day of activities across the Twin Cities.
The day begins at 8 Saturday morning with the Rotary Club Car Show on Lake Street. Registration begins at 7:30.
At 9, the Kiwanis Club Cornhole Tournament gets underway at the Fulton Farmers Market.
At 10, the Banana Brawl will take place at the state line in front of Unity Park.
From 2 to 7:30, the Twin Cities’ first Wine Festival will take place at Pontotoc Park.
The Doggie Pageant begins at 2 on the Pontotoc stage. Then at 4, the Lions Club Grand Parade gets underway, followed by the annual banana pudding serving in front of the Meadows Hotel.
And Saturday evening, the winner of Twin Cities Got Talent, and Elle King, will take the stage.
