Benedictine has recently strengthened its leadership group by welcoming three new executives: Caroline Bauerle as Chief Advancement Officer, Alex Davis as Vice President of Human Resources, and Travis Goldman as Vice President of Adult Services.
Caroline Bauerle’s Role and Vision
Bauerle, who has been part of Benedictine for nearly four years and previously served as the Director of Development, now oversees fundraising efforts, communications, and marketing initiatives. She expresses her passion for making a meaningful community impact. "Leading the Advancement Team at Benedictine is a true honor," she shared. "Our committed staff accomplish incredible work daily, and I look forward to highlighting the stories of children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities and autism in our communities. Alex Davis’s Background and Motivation
