BISHOP, California (KOLO) - The Bureau of Land Management says it will be easing seasonal fire restrictions in the eastern Sierra.
Restrictions are now eased for lands managed by the BLM in Inyo and Mono counties.
Restrictions were put in place on June 22 in a bid to curb wildfire risk.
Recreational target shooting and campfires are once again allowed on public lands with a valid campfire permit, unless otherwise posted.
