Body, dash camera videos show deadly Prince George's County police shooting

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (7News) — Body and dash camera video have been released as Maryland investigates a deadly police shooting from August in Prince George's County.

A word of warning: the video contains strong language and graphic content. It may be disturbing to some viewers and discretion is advised.

The shooting happened on Aug. 21 in the Suitland area.

Police said officers in a marked cruiser were following two vehicles near Suitland and Randolph roads. Investigators have not said why officers were following the vehicles.

As police followed the vehicles, both drivers turned onto Reamy Drive, a narrow and dimly lit dead-end street. According to the Prince George's County Police Department, one of the drivers veered off the road into a yard and drove toward officers, prompting Officer Corbin Davis to shoot.

Prior to the gunfire, Davis can be heard shouting at the driver.

"Don't (expletive) do it! Don't (expletive) do it," Davis said in the video.
