Bogalusa-Booker T. Washington football game canceled

The tropical weather situation in the northern Gulf has led to the loss of a Week 6 football contest in the LHSAA.

The game between Bogalusa and Booker T. Washington, scheduled for Friday at Pan American Stadium, has been canceled and will not be made up.

The loss of the non-district matchup of Class 3A school means BTW (5-0) will look to stay unbeaten next Friday at Young Audiences Charter. Bogalusa (2-3) next faces Jewel Sumner on the road, also a week from Friday.

CCS will continue to track game movement. Follow the news of additional changes through our Week 6 game change tracker and the Allstate Sugar Bowl Louisiana Scoreboard.
