An independent field trial in Brazil has recorded numerical potato yield increases of up to 32.5% for special-grade tubers and 27.6% for total yield following applications of Agrarius plant-signaling technology.
The study was designed and conducted by Brazilian agricultural research and consulting organization G12 Agro Serviços Agropecuários Ltda. in Itaí, São Paulo. The trial evaluated the technology on the Orquestra table-potato cultivar using a randomized complete block design with six treatments and four replications.

The assessment covered stand count, total yield, and tuber classification, including special-grade potatoes measuring 45 to 70 millimetres. The highest numerical results were recorded with post-emergence applications.
A single application at 25 days after emergence resulted in 30.4 tons per hectare of special-grade potatoes, compared with 24.6 tons per hectare for the control. This represented an increase of 5.8 tons per hectare, or approximately 23.6%. Total yield reached 41.1 tons per hectare compared with 32.2 tons per hectare for the control, an increase of 8.9 tons per hectare, or approximately 27.6%.
