(WFSB) - The Brookfield Bobcats went on the road and defeated the Weston Trojans in convincing fashion.

In the first quarter, the scoreless deadlock was broken when Rocco D’Arcangelo took it in for a Brookfield touchdown.

Later on, Paul Ottaviano used his blockers effectively to find the end zone for another Bobcats touchdown.

The run game continued to be fruitful for them, as Jack Alger bounced it outside and ran all the way for the score. Patrick Roskvold also found paydirt for Brookfield.

The Bobcats won 44-7 for their first win of the season.
