The Ridge Road subdivision project in Buckingham advances to the county supervisors after receiving a favorable recommendation from the planning commission. The plan involves constructing nine residential units on a 20.14-acre site located at 2223 Ridge Road. This qualifies as a major subdivision due to Buckingham's classification, which considers developments with more than four lots as significant. Community members raised several questions, including concerns about potential increases in traffic and zoning compliance. Anderson assured the commission that the new homes would not significantly impact the road, and each driveway would be permitted individually.
