GRAND FORKS — A year ago, the UND football program gave a power conference opponent the biggest scare in the Fighting Hawks' Division I era.
UND led Kansas State 35-31 in the game's final minute before surrendering a touchdown pass with 42 seconds left to lose to the Wildcats 38-35.
