I was born into a close-knit, working-class union family and raised in Chisholm. My grandparents came from Italy and Greece seeking a better life. They, along with my parents, instilled in me the values of hard work, integrity, respect, and service. Thirty-plus years ago, my husband Paul and I chose to raise our daughter Katie on the Iron Range because we believe in the Northland.
