Cardinals boys fall to Lodi, 5-2

The Pacelli Cardinals fell to Lodi, 5-2, with both of their wins coming in doubles play.

Vivian Berna and Haylee Cisewski picked up a 6-2, 7-5 victory at No. 1 doubles. At No. 2, Ella Tess and Reese Abel rallied after dropping the opening set to win 3-6, 6-3, 10-5.

Lodi swept singles play, with Morgan Matowitz falling 6-2, 6-4 at No. 1; Abby Johnson 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2; Hailey Zvara 6-2, 6-4 at No. 3; and Isla Wojtalewicz 7-5, 6-0 at No. 4.

Lodi also won at No. 3 doubles to secure the 5-2 team victory.
