Cavagna Group has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Digimatic S.r.l., a software enterprise established in 2008 in Potenza, Italy. Specializing in digital solutions tailored for the utilities industry, Digimatic's expertise complements Cavagna Group's strategic focus on innovative gas management technologies. This acquisition significantly bolsters Cavagna Group’s presence in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector by broadening its portfolio with advanced digital tools that facilitate intelligent data analysis and control systems for gas management. Cavagna Group states that integrating Digimatic’s software capabilities will enhance remote monitoring solutions for various gases, including ultrasonic meters for energy gases, pressure and level sensors for medical and technical gases, and logistics management devices.
