The Boston Celtics signed and waived forward Hank Morgan, according to the NBA's official transaction log. The move was almost certainly Exhibit 10 housekeeping, making Morgan eligible for a bonus worth up to $91,000 if he reports to the Maine Celtics, Boston's G-League affiliate.
