Climate Control Group (CCG) has promoted Tim Hammond to executive vice president of engineering and product development. In this expanded role, Hammond will lead engineering, product development and product management across CCG, with responsibility for advancing the company’s product and technology strategy and strengthening collaboration across its businesses.
Hammond brings more than 25 years of HVAC industry experience across engineering, product development, product management and commercial strategy. Most recently, he has led engineering and product organizations across multiple CCG businesses, supporting the development and commercialization of new HVAC technologies and solutions.
In his expanded role, Hammond will focus on aligning customer and market needs with CCG’s long-term product and technology strategy. Key priorities include accelerating innovation, strengthening product development and commercialization, expanding shared technologies and capabilities across CCG businesses, and creating greater alignment around long-term product roadmaps and investments.
