A Landmark Collaboration
The Las Vegas Trail health facility is the result of a groundbreaking partnership among Cook Children’s Health Care System, JPS Health Network, the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, LVTRise, and WestAid Food Pantry, with additional backing from Workforce Solutions Tarrant County, Tarrant County College, and the Fort Worth Police Department.
Inside this multi-service center, residents will have access to:
- Pediatric and family medical care, behavioral health, and wellness services at Cook Children’s Neighborhood Health Center
- Family medicine, women’s health, social services, and more at JPS Health Center
- On-site food pantry operated by WestAid
