Community Comes Together to Support Milford Fire Victims in Fundraiser

Dog Wild Pet Supply, a local provider of pet nutrition products and boarding services, is organizing a fundraising event to aid victims of the Milford fire and support the Milford Fire Department. The event is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 9, at 4785 State Route 28, Cooperstown. Lisa Weingates, owner of Dog Wild Pet Supply, expressed her appreciation for the tight-knit community, stating, "This community has embraced me warmly since I arrived. They are like family, and family looks out for one another—especially during difficult times. That’s why we’re committed to hosting this special fundraiser." Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities, including food, beverages, live music, face painting, and a silent auction, all aimed at supporting those affected by the recent fire and the local fire department.
