Bridenthal is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 42-year-old Donald Cole.

Bridenthal is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 42-year-old Donald Cole.
Cole was shot and killed near Kingston in June 2025.
On Monday, prosecutors called nine witnesses before a jury as they began to lay out the case.
Court records show the witnesses include investigators and Jeremy Bishop, who was at the property the night of the shooting.
Bridenthal also faces a charge of possessing a firearm after a former felony conviction.
