Debby Friday Releases Her Bold New Album "The Starrr Of The Queen Of Life" and Announces International Tour Dates Canadian artist Debby Friday has launched her highly anticipated sophomore album, "The Starrr Of The Queen Of Life," available globally through Sub Pop and in Canada via Royal Mountain Records. This album follows her award-winning debut, "GOOD LUCK," which earned her the Polaris Prize. The album features standout tracks such as "Bet On Me," "Lipsync," "All I Wanna Do Is Party," "1/17," and the recently released official music video for the shoegaze-infused dancehall song "Alberta." The visual for "Alberta," co-directed by Friday and Kevan Funk, explores themes of love, grief, and forgiveness, drawing inspiration from David Lynch’s "Mulholland Drive" to evoke deep shared sadness. In support of the album, Debby Friday has announced a series of European and UK concerts scheduled for October 2025. The tour kicks off in Warsaw, Poland, on October 12th and concludes in Manchester, UK, on October 24th. Ticket sales commence on August 5th.
