Del Monte Corporation, a vertically integrated grower, distributor, and marketer of fresh and shelf-stable produce, announced its sponsorship of the American Diabetes Association's (ADA) annual Step Out® Walk in Pittsburgh on September 26 at PNC Park, joining community members, advocates, healthcare professionals, and families in efforts to prevent and cure diabetes while improving the lives of people affected by the disease. The partnership reflects Del Monte's presence in Pittsburgh, where its North American Foods Division has been based for more than two decades.
