Deputies surround home near Olean Boulevard and Key Lane in Port Charlotte
Charlotte County deputies surrounded a home in the area of Olean Boulevard and Key Lane in Port Charlotte on Thursday night.
Deputies blocked off the road. A neighbor told Gulf Coast News that the sheriff's office was in front of his home with guns draw and telling people to stay inside.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, it said there is a traffic delay and asked drivers to avoid the area. It has since said the road has reopened.
