Derek White to Compete in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series at Watkins Glen with MBM Motorsports Derek White will participate in his second NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race of 2025, racing at Watkins Glen International on Friday, August 8, driving the No. 69 MBM Motorsports Ford F-150. A 54-year-old First Nation Mohawk from Kahnawake, Quebec, White is returning to NASCAR competition this year for the first time since 2016. He will once again display the Mohawk Warrior Society flag on his vehicle's hood, a tribute he previously paid during his season opener at North Wilkesboro Speedway. The truck will feature logos of O.C.R. Gaz Bar, a gas station situated on the Kahnawake reservation. White's career highlights include a top finish at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park in Ontario in 2013, which stands as his best in the Truck Series. Additionally, he achieved top-20 and top-25 results on road courses in the Xfinity Series at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in 2012 and Watkins Glen in 2013, respectively.
