The body of Christ is brought together by people with different backgrounds, different roads traveled, having different depths of struggles individually and corporately.
We clearly are not a perfect people – yet, our sins have been washed away by the blood of Jesus, removed as far as the east is from the west. Through justification of our faith we have entered into the righteousness of Christ.

As believers we are made new. We no longer are under the power of sin and death. For Jesus is victorious and His Kingdom is reigning inside of each and every believer.
I’m not sure about you, but for me this biblical truth can sometimes be hard to grasp as we are all in process.
The Lord often reminds me that His presence is in His people. Jesus has done so much for us, and there is so much He wants to accomplish through us.
“But as it is written, ‘No eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him’” (1 Corinthians 2:9).
We hardly have a clue who we are in Him. However, if you have accepted and made Jesus Lord in your life, you will recognize His presence and know He is for you and wants to do a good work through you.
