Dexcom has appointed Glenn Boehnlein to its Board of Directors, effective September 10, 2026. The appointment adds more than 20 years of medical technology experience and healthcare executive leadership to Dexcom’s board as the company advances its long-term growth strategy.
Glenn Boehnlein Joins Dexcom’s Board
Boehnlein joins Dexcom as an experienced healthcare executive and finance leader with a background spanning medical technology, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and operational leadership.
Most recently, Boehnlein served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Stryker Corporation from 2016 through 2025. He later served as an advisor to Stryker’s Chief Executive Officer from 2025 to 2026.
During his tenure at Stryker, Boehnlein supported the company through significant growth, innovation, and international expansion. His experience includes financial leadership, capital allocation, strategic M&A, and operational excellence.
Dexcom President and CEO Jake Leach said the company had been looking for an independent director with deep medical technology experience and a proven record of operating at global scale.
