Last season, former Patriots defensive tackle Davon Godchaux described Maye as a "young Josh Allen 2.0," highlighting similarities observed during Maye's rookie year.
Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer echoed this sentiment ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft, stating, "Drake Maye resembles Josh Allen, just a bit less in nearly every aspect.
