Former University of Arkansas women's basketball head coach Jimmy Dykes has sold his Springdale residence for nearly $1 million. Dykes, a seasoned ESPN basketball analyst, and his wife Tiffany transferred ownership of their Windsor Avenue property for $990,000. The couple, who also own a home in Knoxville, Tennessee—where Jimmy hosts a podcast and their daughter Kennedy cheers at the University of Tennessee—found success with the sale.
Dykes served as the Razorbacks' head coach for three seasons from 2014 to 2017, achieving a 43-49 record and guiding the team to an NCAA Tournament appearance. An alumnus of the university, he played under Eddie Sutton during the 1980s.
The Dykes family originally purchased the home in 2016 for $500,000 from Jimmy's parents, B.W. and Sue Dykes.
The buyer is Derek LaFargue, a former standout offensive lineman at Springdale High School and Oklahoma State, now pursuing a career in real estate investment.
This 4,427-square-foot property features five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and offers scenic views of the Springdale Country Club golf course.
