FACES Food Pantry Celebrates Community Support and Honorees

FACES Food Pantry recently honored key contributors—including residents Lee and Marvin Scott, John DeMaio, the Tri-Boro Shelving Corporation, and Stephen C. Keith—for their impactful support in advancing the organization’s mission to combat hunger locally.
Paul Baker, co-president of FACES alongside Joanna Baker, emphasized that the organization’s founding principle, "Neighbors Helping Neighbors," has remained central since its establishment in 1981. He highlighted that nearly 45 years of volunteer efforts have enabled FACES to provide essential food assistance to thousands of community members.
"The Scotts, Tri-Boro Shelving, and Dr. Keith exemplify the spirit of community support—showing how dedication of time, talent, and resources can make a tangible difference," Baker stated.
The Scotts have been longstanding donors, contributing funds that support the pantry’s service to over 2,500 individuals annually.
