A federal court in Colorado has upheld the legal right of Bella Health and Wellness, a Catholic healthcare clinic, to assist women in reversing the effects of the initial abortion pill. The clinic challenged a recent Colorado law that criminalized medical providers from offering progesterone therapy to women who, after taking the first abortion pill, decide to continue their pregnancies. Previously, a temporary injunction was granted in 2023, and today the court confirmed this protection on a permanent basis.
