LAPWAI, ID – A woman wanted on a federal warrant was arrested Friday, Sept. 18, with assistance from the Nez Perce Tribal Police Department.
According to the department, the U.S. Marshals Greater Idaho Fugitive Task Force located and arrested the non-tribal suspect. Police did not release her name, the location of the arrest or information about the allegations connected to the warrant.
The department credited its partnerships with local, state, tribal and federal law enforcement agencies for helping promote public safety.
