Fivio Foreign has returned home after spending over six months incarcerated. On August 1st, the New Jersey court released him, acknowledging the 196 days he had already served. Alongside credit for time served, the judge imposed a three-year probation period. The legal issues arose from an incident in January, where Fivio faced allegations of threatening a woman with a firearm. He subsequently pleaded guilty to charges of terroristic threats. His legal team, headed by attorney Adam Lustberg of Lustberg Law Offices, noted that Fivio was facing a minimum of five years in prison, with potential sentences reaching up to 20 years. In comparison, the six months served and probation represent a significantly more lenient outcome.
