The liver chestnut mare Fortuna has been named the champion of the DSP Elite Mare Show, which was held at Hofgut Kranichstein in Darmstadt, Germany, on 24 July 2026.
The judges for the breed show championship were Katrin Burger and Antonius Schulze Averdiek.
Eighteen dressage bred mares competed in the dressage filly class for the overall title and Fortuna was named the champion. Sired by For Romance out of a Don Diamond dam, this mare is bred by Andreas Stöckle, the liver chestnut impressed in all criteria. For her walk the judges awarded the second 10 of the day, and for her trot and overall impression, she received a 9.5 each. In the end, the
individual scores added up to an outstanding overall score of 8.92.
The reserve champion was the 4-year old Violett MZ (by Vitalis x Sir Donnerhall), bred and owned by ZG Stabhalterhof. She scored 8,42 in total.
