Fred & Stilla in Dunpont Circle is bringing new flavors to the table with a lineup of globally inspired dishes and weekly food and drink specials. Located inside The Ven at Embassy Row, the restaurant is expanding its menu with shareable appetizers, hearty entrees and dining deals.
The updated menu features appetizers such as ahi tuna nachos with avocado, sesame seeds and chipotle aioli, along with blistered shishito pepper, bone-in wings and truffle fries.
For entrees, patrons can try Kuku Paku, a coconut curry chicken dish served with jasmine rice, or Lamb Osso Buco featuring slow-braised lamb shank, cornmeal polenta, tri-colored carrots and portobello sauce. The menu also features the Fred Burger, made with American wagyu, bacon, aged cheddar and truffle aioli, served with fries.
Beyond the menu, Fred & Stilla is offering weekly food and drink specials. Tequila & Taco Tuesdays included two tacos and a tequila cocktail for $35, while Bourbon & Burger Thursdays pairs a burger with a bourbon cocktail for the same price.
