The Freshwater Food and Wine Festival made its debut on Milwaukee's lakefront this weekend, offering a variety of activities and culinary experiences.
The festival was designed to let attendees create their own dining experience, featuring wine tastings, chef demonstrations, live music, and a makers market.
High-end restaurants and locally owned spots were also on display.
12 News' Gerron Jordan judged the chef showcase Sunday afternoon, where Chicago-based celebrity chef Joe Sasto's eggplant Parmesan was named the top dish.
