Frugal Fannie's to close after 43 years in Massachusetts

Frugal Fannie's Fashion Warehouse, an independent off-price women's clothing retailer in Westwood, Massachusetts, is closing after 43 years. Owners Kathleen and Orrin Doxer attributed the decision to health considerations, the retirement of key staff and the expiry of their lease with no option to renew. A going-out-of-business sale, run by liquidation firm SB360 Capital Partners, began on 24 September 2026 at the store at 24 Wilson Way.
