GE Healthcare Reports Second Quarter 2025 Financial Results
GE Healthcare announced a steady increase in revenue for the second quarter of 2025 and updated its full-year forecast upwards. This performance comes amid ongoing global tariff pressures and varying profitability across segments.
Quarterly Financial Highlights
For the quarter ending June 30, the company generated $5 billion in revenue, representing a 3% year-over-year growth, with a 2% rise on an organic basis. Net income improved to $486 million from $428 million in the same period a year earlier. Diluted earnings per share increased to $1.06 from $0.93.
Cash Flow and Segment Performance
Additionally, free cash flow turned positive at $7 million, reversing a $182 million loss from the previous year.
Segment analyses showed mixed results. Revenue from imaging and patient care solutions experienced modest growth of 2% and 1%, respectively. Despite these challenges, GE Healthcare remains optimistic about its full-year prospects.
