Scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 4, Designer Bag Bingo is coming back, hosted by Soroptimist International of Oakdale. This signature fundraiser will be hosted at the Gene Bianchi Community Center, 110 S. Second Ave., Oakdale, and is open to all interested throughout the area.
Organizers said that this year, attendees will enjoy 10 bingo games with premium designer handbags as the prizes; an expanded raffle; and new interactive game experiences.
“This event is not only fun — it directly supports women and girls in our community,” said Designer Bag Bingo Co-Chair Ruth Bright. “Every ticket purchased helps us fund programs that make a real difference.”
Designer Bag Bingo is one of the organization’s most successful annual fundraisers, supporting programs including the Live Your Dream Award; Dream It, Be It; and additional local service initiatives.
Co-Chair Brandy Carey added, “We’ve expanded the event this year with new games, more prizes, and exciting surprises. We can’t wait to welcome everyone on October 4.”
