Greenville Arts Council Announces Upcoming Performances and Scholarship Details
Nancy Idland, the director of the Greenville Arts Council, met with the Greenville Lions Club on Monday, July 28, to announce the upcoming schedule of performances at the Ritz Theatre and to share details about the Roberta P. Gamble Scholarship.
Scholarship Support and Applications
Idland emphasized that these scholarships are versatile, supporting not only college-bound students but also individuals in need of musical instruments or organizations such as churches seeking new equipment.
Applications are currently open and will be accepted until August 29.
Upcoming Performances
The new season launches with the Black Jacket Symphony performing Jimmy Buffett’s "Changes In Latitudes, Changes In Attitudes" on Thursday, October 2. Following that, Billy McGuigan and the Pop Rock Orchestra will take the stage on November 13, with Hank Williams actor Jason Petty performing on January 22.
