GUSB Policy Committee Reviews Upcoming Changes in Education Policies and Library Regulations

Last Thursday, the policy committee of the Glendive Unified School Board convened for a three-hour session to examine proposed policy updates and legislative requirements impacting the district. This meeting marked the initial phase of a broader process, as various administrative adjustments were presented by the Montana School Board Association, reflecting new state laws enacted during the 2025 legislative session. A key topic was the shift to an internal review system for policies, reducing reliance on the previous review process managed by MTSBA.
