Mirrors, Ballet & Labrinth: H&M Brought A Cinematic Masterpiece To London Fashion Week
Bazaar Arabia brings you inside the show directed by Nick Knight and scored by Labrinth for H&M’s latest AW26 drop
When you open one of the biggest weeks on the fashion calendar, it’s safe to say it comes with high expectations and the need to deliver.
On Thursday night in the West London borough of Kensington, H&M did just that. With the entire show directed by British image-maker Nick Knight CBE and a score by British star and singer Labrinth, the show entitled ‘H&M&YOU&I’ was a marker for inclusivity, emotion and human connection.
“H&M has always been about diversity – liberating fashion for many people,” Ann-Sofie Johansson, the brand’s creative advisor and head of womenswear design, told Harper’s Bazaar Arabia post-show. “Given the state of the world right now, that’s exactly what we need.”
