HeartBeam Secures Dual U.S. Patents to Advance Innovative Cardiac Monitoring Technologies

HeartBeam Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAT) has announced the granting of two new U.S. patents, marking a significant step in expanding its portfolio of cardiac diagnostic innovations. The first patent safeguards the company's compact, wireless 3D ECG device, roughly the size of a credit card, which captures high-quality electrical signals from three different noncoplanar directions. This portable device allows users to record their cardiac symptoms in real-time and converts these recordings into standard 12-lead ECGs through a personalized transformation process. The software enabling this synthesis is currently under FDA review, supported by data from the pivotal VALID-ECG study. The second patent pertains to HeartBeam's rhythm analysis algorithm, capable of continuously evaluating heart signals to identify various heart rhythms, including sinus rhythm and atrial fibrillation.
