Heaven Hill has introduced the 19th release in its Parker's Heritage Collection, showcasing a straight American whiskey crafted from a blend of three distinct mashbills. Each annual edition offers a unique profile, varying in mashbill composition, proof, and barrel finishing techniques.
This special release combines 15-year-old Kentucky straight wheated bourbon from Rickhouse A, an 11-year-old Kentucky straight corn whiskey aged across Rickhouses DD, GG, and BB, along with a 12-year-old rye and malt whiskey matured in Rickhouse Y. Only 160 barrels were selected for this limited batch, with each whiskey aged separately before meticulous blending. Bottled at cask strength of 122.5 proof and unchill filtered, it preserves the authentic intensity and character of each component.
Master distiller Conor O’Driscoll stated, “Each edition of Parker’s Heritage Collection honors Parker Beam’s legacy by exploring new frontiers in American whiskey.
