Hermantown volleyball soars past Duluth Denfeld for tenth win of the season

The Hermantown volleyball team dominated the first set and took care of business in the second and third to beat Duluth Denfeld in straight sets on Thursday night.

Hermantown took set one 25-9, set two 25-18 and set three 25-18. Kylee Stokke led the way with 28 assists and Audra Schott racked up 10 kills with 6 ace serves for the Hawks.

Denfeld got 5 kills from Bela Welch and 9 digs from Abby Huntly.

The Hawks (10-8) hit the road to face Rock Ridge on Tuesday, September 29.

The Hunters (1-9) are back home on Saturday, September 26 to face St. Paul Johnson.
